NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Channel 4 learned on Tuesday that 2,500 members of the international media are expected to attend the town hall presidential debate at Belmont University on Oct. 7."People want to see how we manage the peaceful transfer of head of state, where in so many other places around the world it causes riots and problems. So they are dialed in to what we're doing, and the entire world will be watching the debate in Nashville," said Marty Slutsky, the executive producer of the debates.Belmont University announced last week the formation of the Honorary Host Committee for the debate, which is made up of 52 distinguished individuals.Members of the committee include former and current Tennessee and United States politicians, business leaders, music industry executives, recording artists and philanthropists.
